Chris Smith - General Counsel/Agent
Christopher is a REALTOR corporate transactions and real estate attorney. Prior to creating Property Management Associates of Atlanta, Christopher practiced as a realestate and corporate Attorney. He has represented several companies, including several years with leasing and rent-to-own company based in Marietta, GA. As such, Christopher is intimately familiar with all landlord/tenant, contracting, eviction, and liability laws relating to the leasing of real property. Christopher also has a degree in accounting. His legal and accounting experience make him a valuable and unique part of our management team.
Ronnie Smith - Operations/Service Manager
Ronnie has been an administrator for a large corporation for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in operations and vendor management. His attention to detail, high quality standards, and negotiation skills will be a valuable commodity when working with you, your tenants and the repair/maintenance vendors to ensure that your tenants meet all of their obligations and that you and your tenants receive excellent service and value in any and all repairs.
