Lisa has been a REALTOR® for over 20 years. In addition to her real estate sales experience, resulting in a lifetime membership to the multimillion dollar club, she has assisted hundreds of clients in leasing transactions, including the management of her own properties. As a rental property owner, she fully understands the goals and challenges of investment property ownership. Christopher is a Associate Broker and Attorney, specializing in corporate transactions and real estate. Prior to creating Property Management Associates of Atlanta, Christopher practiced as a real estate and corporate Attorney. He has represented several companies, including General Counsel for a leasing and rent-to-own company based in Marietta, GA. As such, Christopher is intimately familiar with all landlord/tenant, contracting, eviction, and liability laws relating to the leasing of real property. In addition to his legal experience, he also has a degree in accounting. His legal and accounting experience make him a valuable and unique part of our management team. He will ensure that you investments are well cared for.
